The Public Policy & International Affairs Program is proud to announce the appointment of Diana Essex-Lettieri (she/her) as our inaugural Interim Deputy Director.
As Interim Deputy Director, Diana will work closely with the PPIA Executive Director to strengthen and support our program development & evaluation, strategic planning, operations review & design, and fundraising.
PPIA Executive Director, Estevan Daniel Delgado is very excited to welcome Diana to the PPIA team. "Organizational change, growth, and discovery requires increased leadership capacity. Diana will help ensure PPIA develops the capacity and learnings needed to innovate our programs, while tracking and communicating our transformative results."
For over 18 years, Diana has developed vision, strategy, teams and processes for non-profit organizations. As a former Chief Operations Officer of an international nonprofit, Diana has competencies in advocacy, fundraising, people management, finance, operations, human resources, and systems development. She also has significant experience in change management, project management, and culture-setting within institutions. She has excelled as an ambassador for social justice causes, and has successfully engaged with governments, academic institutions, UN agencies, and media.
